Lixys has miniaturized its autodarkening filter to fit in front camera lenses of a welding robot. |

| The filter can be synchronized on pulses of welding current to allow a better vision during welding control. Lixys has completed recently a prototype and has tested it with the company Polysoude for quality control during automated welding. For sales or more information: see the contact page or send an email to sales@lixys-sa.com |
Lixys autodarkening filter is synchronized to the arc pulses during welding. Synchronization improves the response of the camera and allows a better vision of the welding bath. Liquid crystal filters have a tuneable transmission and can advantagely replace mechanical filters in front of camera lenses, even for non pulsed welding. See below the response of Lixys filters during pulse welding |
